At night, apply 3-4 drops to the palm of your hand and rub hands together to warm the oil. Gently press your hands onto damp, cleansed skin (or ideally over a hydrating serum / toner) in light patting motions, avoiding eye area. Can be used alone or with a moisturiser as a booster, depending on your skin's needs.
As with all carrier / essential oils, store in a cool, dry place out of sunlight
For best before date, see base of bottle. Once opened, use within 6 months
